The Eden Diet consists of RAW food ONLY and the proper amount of water per day. Salads (no dressing), fruit, raw vegetables, fresh (not pasteurized) vegetable and fruit juices.
The proper amount of water is one-half of your body weight in pounds in ounces. Example: If you weigh
150 pounds then you drink 75 oz. of water per day.

On odd numbered days of The Eden Diet you may eat vegetables that YOU STEAM in a steamer. Wal
-Mart has several steamers under $30. Steamed means vegetables simply washed off and steamed. No salt, seasonings or any other additions.
